ScanQR ("the Service") is a cloud-based attendance management system using QR codes. These Terms govern your use of the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an account. Please provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Billing is monthly
• Payment is by credit card only
• Cancel anytime (effective from next billing cycle)
• No prorated refunds

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Violating any applicable laws
• Harassing other users
• Misusing the Service
• Unauthorized access to our systems

5. Service Changes

We may modify or temporarily suspend the Service without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated via email in advance.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or other damages to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
